Outdoor Stage At Salvage Station Rules
Salvage Yard may be one of the most relaxed outdoor venues in the country, but they have rules set in place to keep it that way. Make sure you read on to find out everything you need to know to enjoy the show without issue. Failure to abide by these rules may result in ejection from the venue without refund.
If an event has specific exceptions to these rules, you will see it described in the program description. But you are always free to contact the venue if you have any questions or concerns. You may direct any questions to the venue at [email protected] or 828-707-8902.
Accessibility Policy
Salvage Station is proud to offer handicapped parking spots at the front entrance. They also offer handicapped seating under the big white tent right outside of the main bar area. If you have particular seating needs or specific questions about access, please contact them at [email protected].
Animal Policy
Salvage Station only allows service animals on the property. All such animals must have proper documentation in order to be allowed. The venue requests that you not leave your pets in your car during hte show.
Camera Policy
If a specific show restricts cameras, it will be noted in the program guide or description.
COVID-19 Related Policy
SALVAGE STATION FOLLOWS ALL SAFETY PROCEDURES RECOMMENDED BY THE CDC AND REQUIRE THAT ALL GUESTS ADHERE TO THEIR POLICY – NO EXCEPTIONS!
The current venue policy does not require proof of vaccination or a negative Covid-19 test. They have also lifted their mask requirements at this time. This is subject to change.
Some bands require proof of vaccination. If that is the case, it will be listed on the event page for that particular show.
Lost and Found Policy
Salvage Station staff are trained to take care of lost or missing items that may be discovered during a show. If you lost an item, please contact staff to be directed to the nearest lost and found station. After the show, you should contact the venue at [email protected] or 828-707-8902 after the event to check if an item was discovered.
Please be sure to give your complete contact information as well as a detailed description of your lost item(s).
Salvage Station is not responsible for any lost or missing items.
Mask Policy
Salvage Station has currently lifted their mask policy. However, some visiting bands may require masks and full vaccination documentation. Please refer to the event description.
Prohibited Items
The following items are not allowed in the venue.
- Bags that don’t align with the bag policy
- Bottles, Cans, Coolers & Liquid Containers
- Chains, rope, or any similar item
- Outside Food & Beverage (Including Alcohol)
- Illegal Substances
- Fireworks & Other Projectiles
- Weapons of any Type (Including Pocket Knives & Firearms)
- Large Chains & Studded Bracelets
- Laser Pointers & Aerosol Cans
- Noise-making devices (i.e. horns, whistles, air horns, cymbals, bugles, thunder sticks, etc.)
- Large Banners, Signs, Sticks & Stickers
- Two-Wheeled Motorized Devices
- Other Items as Required by Event Promoters
These could be subject to change per the artist request. The venue reserves the right to adjust the items on this list.
Honeywell Center reserves the right to search anyone, and their belongings, who enter the premises.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only issued if the event is canceled due to weather or artist cancellation. No refunds are given for any other reason.
